Post Your Game Cam Pics Here!!!

I was going to go with baby pig too. No farmers had a Momma get loose? Wiggle off a truck? The body looks too fat to be a cat, or if it is a cat, surprised it can still move! The legs are too skinny to be a baby bear, given the hight of the fence too, the head is not very prominent. Maybe there is a solid color raccoon. Put some flour on the ground and see what the tracks look like if it comes back.

Inquiring minds want to know.

Hey! Good Idea! I think I will. It's not supposed to rain for a few days. Wait! Will it work in the grass? Oh, probably not.

I have relocated the netted fencing today anyway. They will have to go a long way around the fencing to get in. I decided to try to keep my chickens closer to the coop while I have a fox lurking. I am setting a foot trap today. I don't think I had it in a good place, so I am moving it. I had to move the fencing to keep my birds away from where I'm going to put the trap. This is my first time using a foot trap, so I hope it works. I watched a bunch of videos on youtube to try to learn how to do this. I also got some fox lure. I want to do this right.

It's all set up. Wish me luck!

This is an interesting thread. I am from Alberta and our predators are not the same for skill and attitude, but who knows. we have Owls. Hawks, Fox, Coyotes, and Linx. Not to mention the stray dogs and wild tom cats. Pigs here are not wild and we have a typical snow fence all around the parimeter, with 3 hotwires 6 inchs away from the plastic. it starts 6 inches from the ground and we have 3 bands of hot wires all 6 inches above eachother. The electric fencer is the best deterant next to the rifle. the only fear we have is owls and hawks. to the north about 8 miles I have seen american eagles. I hope they stay far north.
