yes it is, I know where he lives, so I went over and told the owners their invisible fence is working , the dog been on video two nights in a row. visiting the coop, hungry for a taste of chicken I guess

Or the wire broke, or the collar is not tight enough, or dogs ruff is too thick, or pins are too short.I know my own husband. If he saw your video, he'd be staying up one night to "eliminate" the dog, once and for all. I have not seen the two dogs I was having issues with since my husband pelted one with birdshot, then terrorized the other one until it scrambled over the fence in desperation. Hope those owners listen and save their dog's life. Those collars have batteries that need to be checked but folks neglect that, I think.
Had one of those once, had all those problems.....or when it was working dog just blew thru it, then wouldn't come back thru...lol.
Yeah, no kidding. I had that same issue with the dog nextdoor. They tried that invisible fence first. Either the batteries in the collar didn't work or he'd just run over the line and definitely did not want to go back through it and be zapped again. I just don't like those fences. One problem is that they require maintenance and attention from the owner. I feel like some owners just think, "Problem solved!" and forget about it. It doesn't keep dogs from coming into the yard and luring the collared dog out or some person coming onto the property and being possibly bitten.Rather....invisible fence is NOT working?
