looks like two different trees in the pictures

Looks like the same type tree to me, just different size limbs. Maybe the cat climbed higher, would have to ask her if she remembers (who could forget?).

your right same type of tree..... I was looking at the way the branches are in the pictures that's all I meant.
I guess I should of worded it differently

it's been a good week.. no sign of foxes.. my girls are just starting to lay again, after Apple got attacked, it must've stressed out my flock.. i have 9 birds and was getting 2-3 eggs.. and yesterday i got 7 eggs.. and, i'm happy to report, Apple is healing up well.. no tail, and a little skiddish, but she's gonna bounce back..

Hunched back and maybe stripes on tail...I'd guess raccoon.
