I have been seeing a fox and coyote most nights lately.
The fox.

The coyote. I'm pretty sure it knows the hot wires are there.

Since I broke my leg on Oct 2 and had surgery on Oct 13, I haven't been able to access my cameras. I do have this video from my front security camera the other night that is really an audio more than a video. Turn up your sound!
It's a very familiar song in my area. Every night my three dogs go ballistic when the coyotes start singing.
Hopefully you heal quickly.

Hope you heal quickly too. Ever since our neighbor let some coyote hunters hunt on his land last year, I hardly hear any coyotes but have seen some now and then. The one I have been seeing lately may be a young one now on it's own. I have seen a couple of young fox who are now hunting on their own. I'm a believer that the parents teach their young so when they teach them to hunt they take the young on their routes and teach them their routines so most of the time it's the same ones I see on the cameras most nights.

Finally I found a porcupine route! Sadly in this camera time and date keep resetting themselves.
I have the same issue with my cameras. Every time I change the batteries I reset the date and time and somehow often times they change and all I do is change out the memory cards. I'm getting ready now to check the cards from last night.

Every now and then I look on Amazon for cameras. Today I came across this one which is identical to most of mine and take very good nighttime pictures when most of the predators roam here under $50. and free return if your not happy with it.

This is a picture from a camera identical to it. It isn't as clear as it would be because I use the video mode and use a converter on my computer to convert video into images and so loose a little bit of the picture quality converting.

I gifted myself with a drone for Christmas. It's pretty cool. I have taken some practice flights. I was planning on flying over the coops and around them. I was intending on looking for any bird remains from the birds that went missing recently. Something went right through the wire on the top of the gate on my last coop and pen. All of the birds are gone. I did have a camera go off but it was so foggy out that I didn't see anything on it. I have been thinking about getting a drone and doing a lot of research on them. Weather not too good today so not going out to practice. Here is the first picture I took. I took a few pictures and then later did another flight and went much higher and took a video while doing different maneuvers getting used to the controls. It's been foggy out. Here there is still some fog over the lake in the distance. I went much higher later in the day after the fog lifted and could see across the lake and took some video.
