Post Your Game Cam Pics Here!!!

Yep, we're above you in unit 4. Just looks like some of the places we hunt. :)
Yes... unit 4. Too bad there is no either sex draw for that unit. I drew mine for unit 1.

Test photo from the new game cam. Apparently, I can upload pictures with IE and not with my DH's old FF version. He won't change it because he has a program that doesn't work with the newer versions of FF and my computer is in the shop still after a storm took it out, along with several other devices (yes, I have a UPS/surge protector and it was off at the time, BIG zap, second one in as many months, though last time it only got the modem)

Haven't had any critters through the yard area since I've had it, apparently. It does catch DH turning off the fans in the coops late at night. Will be trying the video aspect of it tonight since I finally got a 32 GB SD card.

I agree about the running game. I'm still researching them all and if I can find an acceptable one for about $75 or under, I may end up getting two of them. Of course, most of this is on my son anyway, who gave us the Amazon gift cards. Since I don't need multiple cameras for observing deer plots, one decent camera should suffice. If I decide I want a second one at some point, I could then get one of the cheapies. I'll only be paying what is over the $100 mark for whatever I buy.

Question: do you have yours in one of the lockbox things?

ETA: Today, August 14, I pulled the trigger and ordered this one, the reason being that I decided it was not just a toy, but also for coop security. Ladyhawk (Cetawin) has had birds stolen from her coops twice already up in KY and I've been nervous about thefts/coop break-ins ever since that happened. I can place on a tree not far from the house it so it shows at least two of the coops, plus a view between them out toward the "back forty".

Another reason I chose this one over competitors in the same class was that I found where some guys were discussing it on a trail cam forum and one posted quite a few pics, both day and night, taken with this one, which impressed me. If someone is breaking into my coops, I'd like to see them fairly well. This ought to do it. In the future, I can get a cheaper one similar to what jerryse mentioned if I want to place one out on the acreage behind the coops or down the mountain where I can't see my land from the house. Maybe I'll be posting some pics on the thread and not just bugging you guys with questions soon!

Cyn, whatever you buy, when you are done with it, you can resell it on Amazon.

I didn't know that. I do have our Ebay account, but I probably will keep it, may even add one to the area behind the coops one day. It takes really nice 10 second video clips in the morning-I know because I forgot to turn it off this morning and got several of us doing coop chores, LOL. Each uses about 42KB of space on the card.
