the bone collector card reader works fine, but i have to remove the case off my phone to be able to plug it in. also you have download their app to use it, and i've found the app to be a little slow, yet intuitive you use.

It says the camera comes with a 4gb micro SD card. I'm going to consult hubby and see what he thinks. We tried to repair the camera that just died but couldn't and had to trash it. Time for a new one.

how often will you be checking/clearing the card? how often will it be programmed to shoot pics? multi-pic bursts? will it be shooting video clips?

personally i'd recommend a 32GB card, the max that cam will support. they aren't that expensive, and then you never have to worry about it getting full before you can check/clear it.

i have a 32gb in my stealthcam and have never filled it up. i've gone a month without checking it before (granted it had 3000 pics on it when i did!).

No, I don't subscribe to amazon prime...
....can't afford and it don't buy enough there to justify it.
Prime is not really 'free' shipping, just reduced depending on how much you consume.
I save stuff up on my amazon list and buy when my purchase exceeds the $35 free shipping deal. This is a great devise to help in curbing complusive consuming.

We order quite a bit of stuff from Amazon so I have Prime. Sometimes the shipping is more than the item and some things do have free shipping over $35. without Prime. Often times it's easier to order items online. I have gone to stores to buy a specific item and find out the store doesn't carry the particular item so I order it online. Many times I have called a store to see if they carry an item and when I get to the store it isn't what I was looking for. We don't have a lot of stores in our area. The main store around us is a smaller Walmart.

i hear ya.

i went back and forth on subscribing to it, but in the end it saves me tons of money because i can get stuff i need/want within 2 days without having to wait till i get to the $35 threshhold. plus there is all the "free" movies on the amazon smart t.v. app.

since we don't do cable television at our house (too many little kids and too much propaganda and garbage on cable t.v.) it worked out to be a great thing for us.

plus, once i subscribed i just started buying stuff off there because it was easier than running into town to get stuff (not to mention the fuel cost savings).

once you factor in all the money you save in avoiding state sales tax (i'm not a real fan of taxation, for numerous reason we can't get into here!) and shipping costs, it quickly pays for itself and then some.

but to each his own...just cuz it works for me don't mean it's right for you.



and i've found the best device to curb compulsive spending is a budget!!
