Sometimes you have to make the wisest decision especially when it comes to roosters. You shouldn't have to watch your back continuously around the coop.Yeah, I know. This summer he'll be going though, too many males and too many upset neighbors. He's off standard when it comes to color for his breed, and coupled with the leg incident, it's enough for him to go. If i haven't had enough with him by then and decide to open the aseel's cage and let them sort things out that is
You could put it in the Online Poultry Show forums.@fluffycrow i want to make a contest but I’m not sure what to put in under do you know?

i’ll do a unofficial contest and judge it myself then!If we're, talking official BYC contest, then no, but TwoCrows probably does. It might be harder to do that though, since I assume there's a specific schedule for those. Unofficial contests judged by members are easier to do, since they're not official, and usually the creators are also the judges

We occasionally have official BYC Prettiest Rooster contests, not sure when the next one runs. However the Online Poultry forums is a good place for non official contests. (Those that dont give away PFMs, Store Gift Certificates, stuff like this.)If we're, talking official BYC contest, then no, but TwoCrows probably does. Good luck with him! Have a long talk with him, let him know his days are numbered if he doesn't behave!Absolutely. If it weren't that this landrace is super rare, and I'd pprobably not find another pure male easily (which is ironic since it's literally the landrace's country of origin) then he'd already be gone. Now I've given him an eviction notice until early summer. If I have any broodies until then, I'd be lucky and I'd hatch some of his eggs. If not, then my plans of preserving this landrace will be in vain
