Not sure what is considered "old" for a chicken, but here are mine that are at least 8 years old

Wow, that is pretty old! The oldest I had was 6 years old.

Necco, 6 years old.
Marshmallow, 5 years old (with Morning Glory in the back, also 5 years old).
Watermelon, 6 years old.
Artichoke, 5 years old.

This is Rose. She is 7 years old, crows like a rooster and still lays eggs!

Hawk, the 8yo mixed breed. She still even lays some!
She's the last remaining of my original flock, sadly the other 3 have passed on, 2 of them passed this year.

This is Scratcher, the 7yo mixed breed! She still lays occasionally too!

Egghead, the 7yo mixed breed! She too still lays some.

Lastly, Tookie Two, the 7yo mixed breed! She also still lays some!

Sadly, I have no old chickens, merely bold chickens. If they survive their boldness, I will post pics in years to come. Until then, I will enjoy the pics of those adorable ones, that you have.
