EACH EGG IN THESE PLASTIC TRIFOLD CARTONS IS COPLETLY SUROUNDED IN COTTON FLUFF.

Here is the HATTRICK LINK ON HOW NIKKI & JANET DO THINGS

I have gotten Shipped eggs rolled in bubble wrap from several people and did well with them.
The best hatch that came rolled in bubble wrap first had each egg wraped in a tissue
then the bubble wrap, They were easyer to open because the plastic did not stick
and I think they were able to breath better.
I have also shipped this way a couple of times when I ran out of my normal supplys.

Heres my packing method:

I did want to add, that I dont like useing the shaveings because they are sharp and sometimes poke into the eggs and cause breakage. All the eggs that I have gotten that have been packed with wood shaveings this has happened to. But it may just have been my bad luck!

edited to add, Mel, the link is not working for me. Takes me to a general page.

I also want to attest to Melanies packing procedure. I have received many eggs from her and they always arrive safe and sound! Even the ones that got lost in the mail for over a week! Its me that kills them all the time with my poor excuse for an incubator! Boy I cant wait till I get my new one in the spring!
