We just returned from vacation and my girls look like they have a small tear in their combs. We had a house sitter that kept the water clean and fed them but knows even less about chickens then I do. Her job was really to stay with out 12 year old border collie who can't take the kennel. Back to the girls, there are a couple of spots of blood on the combs. Their hutch is heated and it rarely gets below freezing. The girls were hatched in mid August.

Question is: Are they just teenagers or show I take them to the vet?

Have they been locked up in the coop for long periods of time while you have been away

If yes... then its boredom.. they are pecking each other .. give them a cabbage to play and peck at.. and give them some more room

If you can't put them out side... get some red cellophane paper and put it up to the windows and and lights you have in the coop... to make the entire coop glow a pinkish red... it should stop the pecking at the pecked combs and hopefully help to stop the other pecking

Do you have loads of mosquitoes?

Sounds like you had some fighting going on. As long as the bleeding has stopped there is no need to do anything. They will heal quickly.

I would watch for more fighting to make sure it doesn't get out of hand.
