Last week we had a chicken lady an unusually large egg, aside from seeing a goose egg without geese we didn't think much of it. Today noticed some excess poop hanging and went to remove it and found she has a little bit of a prolaps. Washed the poop off, and the prolaps wants to go back in. They is what feels like a stick still hanging out, I'm guessing it's dried tissue as we do see the issue early enough. Is there anything that can be done about it? Will it fall off on is own? Will it create a problem down the road? Overall length is 1½-2"when prolapsed with everything sucked in it's maybe ½".

Is that inside the vent or a poop covered feather shaft right beside the vent?
Inside. When I first saw it it looked like a lot of poop stuck to some feathers, after we caught her to clip it off we found her vent pulled out about an inch so we washed the poop off and found a hard stick like object stuck to her. She appears to be pooping and laying on still. We kept her in for a day to monitor her and will get hands on her again today.
