Posting avatar from uploaded pics

I'm trying to create an avatar. The site will let me upload one from my own files, but I want to use a pic already in my "uploads". How can I do this (it is already uploaded in the correct size format for the avatar.) Thanks!

You will need to upload it again from your PC to use as an avatar.
