Solved Cannot upload or attach pictures

I'm trying to make a post to help me identify a breed, but when I try to upload a photo, I can't select them; they are grayish or not highlighted. I tried closing the browser and reopening, turn off phone and back on, cleared cache on browser, cleaned up space on phone. I'm using an android Samsung note8. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yes, I click attach files, then the three bars in the top left, then sd card (this is where the pictures are but I also tried my phone storage and all those pictures are blurry too as in they cannot be selected), then DCIM, then camera, and I can see all my pictures but I can't click or select them. I've uploaded photos before so I'm really stumped.
