Posting feedbback for sellers/buyers

Could you please point me to the instructions that explain how to leave feedback... Several buyers want to know and I would love to be able to tell them where.....And leave feedback for them as well...

PS. My navigational grade for me has gone from a D- to a C for me.. I've even been able to help a few folks...I'm slow like the tortoise, but I'll arrive....

Go to that person's profile and in the list under their avatar (or username, if they don't have an avatar) you'll see where it says "Trader Feedback." Click on that and you'll get a screen with a table of their positive, neutral and negative feedback, and right below that you'll see where it says "Leave Feedback." When you click that you'll get this:
