Hey there! It is pretty simple. If you are logged in, look at the top of the screen. There is a dark blue menu bar, with white text, links that say "index" "user list" etc. Go to the one that says "uploads" and click. there, you will see a field that with a button that says "browse". Click on that, then search for the photo file you are trying to upload. Once you find it, select it. There should then be a button that says "upload". Click that, and VIOLA your file is uploaded! you can then use the codes provided underneath to post images in a thread.
