Posting Pictures

This is probably a stupid question but how do you post pics on here.
I know you use the Img thing at the top of the screen but how exactly do you do it?

I too need to figure out how to post pictures. I watched the little demo on doing this .. when I click on "browse" to go into my pictures file, well, lets just say I get an error message every time. I am thinking there is a software I am supposed to be used (it seems to be looking for Java)..help...
