Recently i posted on the forum in response to a question and to my surprise someone replied with a " so I guess I'll be the only one with over 100 posts to reply" message. Since I grew up on a farm and have been around chickens and numerous other types of birds for as long as I can remember I want to remind everyone that posting (or your number of posts) on this site does not make you an "expert".

Everyone had less than 100 posts at some point. You're right posts don't equal experience.

Not even the memories of your mother hen, the coop you called home, and your little fuzzy butt brothers and sisters? That's so sad.

How? How? See I have over 100 and I have no idea the answer to that.

Just remember to take ANYTHING you see on the internet with a grain of salt.

Any fool can get on line now a days.

I joined because I grew up with chickens and I found I needed to learn a lot more than I knew.
