Potato Box Incubator

I had my bator bulb to blow during the last hatch, but I happened to be standing right over it and saw the temps falling. We did the fastest lightbulb change in history!

What happened with the foam cooler bator? Did that one ever produce? I'm thinking of going that way. Don't tell my DH, he'll freak. But I really want some of those blue Orps.

I have the styrofoam one still. It holds more than a full flat of eggs 2 1/2 to 3 doz eggs. For these few eggs I wanted to try something smaller.

Quick question: Can the box used to temper sweet potatoes be used later as an incubator?

If so, DH is gonna be REALLY mad at me after we get our sweet tater crop toasted....

I know i'm joining in late, but is there a fan or is this still air incubator? and do you use insulation on hatch to keep heat in or do you want some to escape?
