Oh yes. I have heard of those, and weirdly, in parts of the British Empire, they call them "French Fries." Man! Would people expecting actual fries be surprised then. (On packaging , it says "original" but how if not made in France? And "authentic" but how, if not actually a fry?) Hmmm is it too late to change my answer? Haha
