Potential Fowl Pox...

I’ve been on vacation for the last 2 weeks, and had someone checking on my flock for me. When I got back this evening, I noticed one of my hens has black spots on her comb and wattles. Does this look like fowl pox, and if so, what do I do for her?

Looks like it's Dry Fowl Pox. I would leave it alone, Dry Fowl Pox usually resolves on it's own in a few weeks.
Just watch that she's eating/drinking o.k.
