Potential Skin Issues

My girl has some hard black stuff on her feet as well as missing feathers on her belly. I'm hoping it's just dirty feet and a Broody momma, but here are some pics. --- She's acting normally and it doesn't appear to hurt. I soaked her foot and her belly with mild organic dish soap. She may have liked it. Lol

Her feet look bad. Have you checked for mites or other parasites?
Broody hens are most likely to get those.
