Hi. You likely won't get a response right now, I've found that BYC winds down this time of night or morning depending where you're at but I may be wrong! I hope you find some help in the soon and I am sorry I cannot help!

For a start:
  • You can try to take her out from the flock to feed her 2x a day. This way she can eat quietly as much as she needs
  • Better feed her wet chick food than dry crumble or pellets. If you add water to the feed you can easily make a mash that’s easier to pick up for a chick with beak problems.
  • Give her some extra’s like mealworms, crumbled boiled eggs, soft cheese (unsalted) and other highly nutritious food.
Can you make and post a few photos of her head and beak?

:welcomeAnd a warm welcome to BYC. Please add your country or state in your profile. That can be very useful info for others.

Hi,
Firstly Welcome to BYC. Poulet ? Are you in France ?
There is a liquid over here in France called digestinet by francodex which encourages the appetite. I’ve found it really good in the past. Perhaps it will help, :fl

@BDutch covered most of it! With the cross beak she probably cannot pick up the normal food.
I have a pullet with a pretty severe cross beak and she cannot pick anything up (every once in awhile she gets lucky). She does really good with the wet mash! It’s super easy to make. Just take the feed, wet it until it’s oatmeal consistency and put it in a deep dish so it’s easy to scoop. Give her time alone with it first so you know she’s getting enough then if you have extra you can feed it to the others! They really love it!
