Poult hatching for three days. When/how to help it?

I helped it out, it was really stuck. I don't think it will make it into tomorrow

It may just be realy really tired , can you carefully get it a few drops of sugar water with or without baby vites or electrolytes or soemthing

How come you want to wait , how long past hatch is it , if it absorbed its yolk and has been stuck for 2 or 3 days after that it could die from dehydration as it wasnt able to get to water right? Correct me if Im wrong im pretty new at all this.

It hatched 10-15 minutes ago. I will see how it is doing in the morning. I will post how it does overnight.
