I actually miss having guinea pigs. We had two of them when my boys who are in their 40s now were youngsters. They were so fun!

Guinea pigs are super fun! I miss it too, pic is from a few springs ago, that Guinea pig passed last winter. We are thinking about adopting one soon though!

When you have a golden retriever who will do anything to get water

Including swimming with the ducks

Kitty with one of the ducklings. This little baby was about 4 weeks old when she suddenly became paralyzed. After several weeks of hydrotherapy, leg stretches and spinal healing, she took her first steps. We figured she somehow had a spinal injury with swelling. We couldn't afford a vet so I called them for advice and turned to online for help. Kitty was instrumental in helping her walk, she would get behind and push her with her nose to make her move. The duck turned 4 years old on 8/4/24. She has no signs of having ever being paralyzed.
