Can I add poultry cell to my birds after using ivermetin on them to help boost their system

I won't hurt to add Poultry Cell to their water for a few days, just be sure to provide a water station with plain fresh water too. Some birds will not drink water with supplements added.

What are you using the Ivermectin for? Mites?

Do you need more help with those? Mites can often be a challenge. Ivermectin can be effective, but the mites have to bit the bird. I would offer a suggestion to treat housing with a Permethrin based poultry spray. Make sure to get into the crevices of roosting bars, nesting boxes, etc. where most species of mites hide during the day.
Taking out bedding and throwing it away or burning it would be a good idea too.

Do follow up with the second dose of Ivermectin in 10-14 days. I would be worth getting some Permethrin based poultry Dust to dust the birds after you finish up with the Ivermectin.
