Poultry Fence Repair Help

Hello to everyone, and I just want to say how helpful this network and you all are.
Maybe a week or two ago someone posted a link that showed a picture of a tool and some wide bands that were used to crimp together two peices of chicken wire or repair a break in the hardware cloth. I've scoured the site and I can't find. Did anyone save that site? Thanks

From your description I am thinking you're talking about J-clips (cage clips)? They are pretty common at TSC, large feedstores, or online outlets that sell poultry/livestock stuff. You need to buy both the clips themselves and a special pliers-type thingie (about $20) to put them on -- although they *can* be done with regular ol' pliers, the specialty tool makes an easier and neater job of it.
