Poultry Netting as a top for the run

A farm store in my area is moving and they're trying to get rid of anything they can. They have 48" Poultry Netting on sale mega cheap(1" holes, 48" tall in a 150' roll for 25 bucks!!). I already bought all I'd ever need for the pen sides themselves. However what about as a top for the run? Can that be used? I plan on having supports throughout. The pen is 14’ by 19’.

On some of my pens I've got poultry netting as a top. It works well if you use supports.

Yep, you sure can. You can use a strand of electric fence wire to weave them together, or use hog rings. I wish I was there with ya! I'd buy a truckload!
