Got these a while back from you. Have a quick question, What size drill bit should I use? Should I use Teflon tape?

Ill get back to you tomorrow on the drill bit size, I dont know anything about it & my fiance is sleeping. I do know we used some kind of thin white non sticky (but kinda sticky at the same time ) tape..is that teflon tape? sorry im clueless lol
