I wish that was a feature but unfortunately it's not.

What does that do?

When you go to somebody's profile page and click the ignore button you will no longer see post of theirs.
Instead of their post you will see a link That says something along the lines of ignored content. You can click that link to see what it says or just ignore it.

It's a great feature for people that get on your nerves.
