For those of you "following" the thread, I just got a call about the "Swap". Some folks from Ohio are bringing an assortment of laying hens and hatching eggs, as well as Pheasant and small animal cages they make out of wire and wood.

You sure do need a road trip. Can you believe it...we only live about 4 miles apart. But I still cannot find her driveway yet...I think I have it figured out we shall see.

DD has a trip that w/e, so DH is thinking we should drive up Saturday and spend the night in a hotel. Then we could come home after the sale.

The only problem with this idea is that I had thought about bringing a few birds to sell. I know a hotel wouldn't appreciate that LOL.

I have talked to a couple folks who are definitely coming. I had two girls who came in yesterday because their "mom is on BYC". too. She sent them over to the store! LOL! Some of the guys at the Marathon said they wanted to come by(that should be interesting). I have to get an actual list together though. I'm so bad about being really forward. I should be like "so you are coming and you'll be bringing what?" but I'm more like "love to see you there"!

I'll work on a list today. AND for all you "lurkers" step forward and be counted daggonit!!! pretty please with sugar on top!

I sent you a PM with my cell number....just call if you want to bring birds and need a place for them to sleep or if you cannot get in touch with Sarah. I also sent info about a hotel...I will get the particulars for you but it is close and near stuff like food and coffee.

Sarah, I told her about the one next to waffle house at exit #129.
