Poults getting pecked

Thanks for the insight. We just now isolated the sitting hen and hope that fixes the problem.

We isolated the brooding hen. Somehow 2 poults (on different nights) made their way into her area and got killed. Then we isolated the mother and her last poult. Next morning it was dead. Head was pecked and insides as well. Any ideas?
