Poults in the house -- when can I turn off the light?

I'm wondering at what age it is okay to turn off the light at night to get the poults used to day/night (and keep the noise down)! We did it at about three weeks with our chickens, I think. It doesn't get colder than 68 degrees.
Thanks!

I keep a space heater in my broody room set at 75 because I have birds of all ages and my night times are sill cold. I do not want them to pile and die if they get cold. My youngest have lights. Durring nice weather they go out in the sun in a large tub.

We have three 11 day old turkeys in a tank that has a reptile heater under it, we started turning off the light three days ago. They seem to be doing just fine and we can sleep now.
