Poults in the mail- after care?

They are being shipped to Southcentral Alaska, I don’t know whether they’ll be driven or flown through Canada.

Almost certainly flown, not driven through Canada.
Taking live birds into Canada requires extra paperwork, and driving through Canada would probably take too long.

So it's much easier to just fly them from one US location (hatchery) to another US location (in Alaska). That typically does not count as "entering" Canada.

Figured, they got here in 48 hours, however, they are lost at one of the many post offices in my city
