You can put Vaseline on that membrane to keep it moist using a Q-tip...Do not glob it on....Never use water as it will draw out the moisture ...

As long as you just leave it alone now to do its thing it should be fine....Never assist unless you know its in need and really that rarely ever happens......

The best way to not harm them is to leave the incubator closed. Ask on here before you do anything dramatic, at least until you gain experience.

What breed of chicks are these? slight power outage on day 15, three days ago shouldn't have hurt, but that still only makes this 18, correct? Definitely let that one sit for a while.
the only reason i would assist any more is if i saw its beak rotate down under the opening without breaking any shell itself. Otherwise, it sounds like it needs quite a bit more time.

Your eggs may take a little longer to hatch out due to that temp drop stalling them temporarily, but they still should hatch fine. Keep the incubator closed and keep the humidity up and they will be fine.
