Good thing it was only 2 and the rest are bouncing off the walls of the brooder. Sometimes in the cold northwest you will use heat in the winter to keep chicks warm.

I was just glad I checked on them before I went to work or I would of probably lost them all. I start at 2 am in the morning and wouldn't of been off till around 7 am so it wasn't the coldest part of the night. I installed a power out alarm yesterday so I will know if it happens again.
