Power out!

Help! Power just went out, no generator. Lockdown day 18 In middle of hatching, 3 out, 2 are still popping, 14 eggs still to go. Do I risk the 2 pipping to save 3 already out?

I’ve already covered bator with blanket $ put heat packs around top of bator.

How long do you think it's gonna last? Hours or days? If it's a few hours, they'll be fine. Covering the incubator is a good idea, try to maintain the temp as much as possible. Do you have a backup plan for the chicks already out? If they're still wet, they'll do best inside the incubator as long as the temp is reasonable.

All is well now. Power on, was only out for an hour. Chicks are good.
