power outage killed all my eggs in bator..now need advise on cleaning

i left them a few days just hopping!!!they where all close to hatching so i didnt want to trow them out with out being positive they had died.So now that im sure and have tosed all my eggs im wonding if i should clean it with anything special just to make sure its good and clean before starting it back up.I have had some not hatch but never all of them so the bacteria issue came to mind. I figured i would ask what ya'll thought about it.

I just had a whole hatch die, my first hatch at that. The suggestion was pretty universal to use bleach in water and clean the bator. Rinse it very well, and then put it in the sun to dry. I have done all of the above and now have my bator started and coming up to temp. I figure I'll wait a little bit and then stick my nose in and see if there are any odors. If all seems okay then I will add my eggs. It will give me a chance to burn off any bleach odors and also get my temp and humidity regulated. Hope this helps.
