Power outage!!!

I have a whole house generator that runs on propane. I live in hurricane country.

i have a generator too i just didnt know my incubator was out, Hurricanes here too

in the first 2 winters since i baught the house the power was put for 14 days combined. i baught a generator the power hasnt gone out in over a year

I know. We had a hurricane before the generator and the power was out for a week. Since I bought it, I have only used it twice for a short time. Unfortunately, it's not hooked to the well so power but no water.

Yes, every time a storm is coming DH and I yell fill the bathtub to each other.

Same here! We lost power for 4 days the first winter. I bought a generator and had a hookup wired to the house, and I only run it to exercise it!
Not complaining though, hope I never need it!
