Pg&e is planning on turning power off for up to 48 hours tomorrow. We started some quail eggs 3 days ago in the incubator. Has anyone lost power while incubating, and if so what did you do to keep eggs going?

I have a generator for my fish tanks in the event of outage. It won't run the whole house, but it will power the fridge, three aquariums, and a small space heater. I don't have an incubator, though. I have only used broodies.

When the power goes out make sure to cover it with a towel to help hold in the heat. If you know someone that can incubator sit for and keep them for you at their house that would be even better.

Luckily our power didn't go out. But it was a planned power outage for almost the majority of California. Anyone else within 30 miles of me was out of power
