Pox, Disease or Parasite?

I have a 2 year old buff orpington hen who has developed these growths on her face. This photo was taken 3 days ago and the growths are twice as big today. This is the 2nd chicken this month to develop this however the other chicken's growths went away in about 2 weeks and was not such a bad case. I am puzzled, is this avian pox or a parasite or something else?I would also appreciate suggestions for treatment/prevention. Also i should add that i have had not added new chickens into my flock in years. SHe is eating and drinking but doesnt look bright and vigourous.

THe ones on the comb look like pox to me. Mine didn't have any others like that but I would hazard to guess that is it as it went away in a couple to four weeks.
