Pox, scabs or something else?

Today, I noticed black spots on my bantam roosters' heads. They are about 13 weeks old and have only been in their brand new coop for about a week. Before that they were in my house. They live with 3 other 13 week old pullets and have been in contact with an older rooster, 6 week old pullets and 3 week old pullets, none of them have spots. They were fine yesterday (no signs of pus spots) that I could see. They are acting normal, but I am new at raising chickens and not sure what signs/diseases I should look for and worry about.







 
It's not fowl pox. They look like insect bites; mosquitos, biting gnats or flies. You can buy a roll of inexpensive flexible screen at a home improvement store and screen your vents on your coop. You can also install it on the entrance to your coop...then use scissors to cut it vertically so your birds can easily pass through it as they see fit. See pic below:
