PPM Expiring~ how will this affect my BST items?

My PPM expires soon. What happens to my BST listings that are already up? Will they disappear? Get deleted? Become inactive? Or will I just not be able to post any new listings?

What happens is really nothing unless you need to edit or post a new ad. In order to do that, you will have to close all your listings.
