IMO Roo number one is your best bet. What size is he? He looks like he is going to have a great tail. Chest thin but not too low, smooth waddles, nice comb....good wing length.
Roo 2- Looks like his feathers are too soft...its kind of a weird pic...he doesnt exhibit much Serama type, but he looks a little weird to me in this pic. Hmmm....Do you have another picture?
Roo 3- Like this one the least...longish back, wings look not in the right position to be very vertical..chest very low (too much neck)...looks like he might get a very vertical tail tho...
I like the pullet. I would breed her to something really super chesty to improve on her fault if you can.
