Ok question actually two

1: Does anyone here use best press? and if so do you find it bothers your lungs? I spray and stand back and wait for it to settle but still breathe a little and it really bothers me was wondering if I was the only one. I have asthma that is controlled, but this stuff if used too much I find I will need my inhaler.


2: On cutting strips when folding the fabric and folding with salvages together, I still get a little wave, so what am I doing wrong?

I use a spray starch. Can you just use some steam from your iron. That would concern me if it bothered my lungs.

Yeah I have had to switch back to steam, shame really liked that stuff. but not at the price of having to use my inhaler.

How are we doing on our blocks? May 23rd is the due date!!! Time is flying by


I have pretty much finished planting my garden, put up the fencing and got all my flowers in the ground, I'm tired, I have been planting since Saturday

Oh no! I do not know why but for some reason I thought it was the end of June. I have had everything cut for some time but thought I would sew it together begin June. I am not sure if I will make it. there are relatives over from Europe, a daughter and grand children, 2 birthdays and two graduations all before the end of May.

If we need to put it out till June 25th, I'm good with that as I had thought that too, I had to read the first page. So if everyone wants another month, please post or send me a PM, majority vote wins.

I'm for what anyone else needs. People do tend to be busy busy in the Spring. I just finished sewing ALL of my half square triangles. All I have to do is piece the blocks.

This would help me tremendously but whatever works for everyone. I will understand. The only thing is I will most likely NOT be able to make the May 24 th. I am so sorry. I am not sure where my head is now a days. This time of year tends to be busier for my family then Christmas time.

That is good for me also. I just receive my fabric and thought to start on it this week, but somehow, my week got busy. Have a lot in May also. Kat, I will get the pics of my coop layout for you tomorrow.
