Pray for my barred rock hen plz HELP ME update last page

I cannot see the black spot too clearly, but looks to me like a "peck" injury. Someone (chicken) picked or pecked at her comb maybe to get her to move.

Maybe she was just chilled badly and needs a warm up. Her poo does not look bad to me - looks like she has been eating.

Does she feel thin?

no she doesnt feel thin.
although she acts lifeless when i pick her up.
but i can tell which chicken is which, even tho some all look alike, they all have such different personalitys.
this one was always a bit timid. even as a baby. you could give her kisses huggies anything. i gave her a spider and she gobbled it up. perhaps she was really really cold. she might have just slept on the coop floor instead of roosting.
how long should i leave her in the house?
thank you

When was the last time she laid an egg? She may be eggbound, they seem to go into like a trance type state when eggbound. Feel around her belly for any hard feeling mass. If you feel that soak her in warm water and gently massage under her belly and see if she passes the egg. Prayers sent for your girl

Personally I would keep her in until she tells me she wants out. Pacing the cage, making a fuss when she sees me.

Roosting on the floor would worry me if that is not her normal "thing". If you let her out in the house, maybe note how she moves and if she tries jumping up on chairs or such. Maybe she just pulled a muscle and it hurt getting up to roost.

As you can tell, I am just guessing.

shes been in the cage in the house for a bit now.
i opened the cage door and she came right out.. pecking on the floor. do you think its safe for her to go back out..?

That has happened to my girls a couple of times... A little tlc and quarantine always seems to help.
Whenever you put her back into the coop with the other chickens, just make sure to watch her and make sure noone else is pecking her.
Prayers sent!

Do you have a rooster?
Roosters will grab the comb like that. Being timid or under the weather she may be the one thats easy to catch. It could be exhaustion. Also other hens may fight with her causing exhaustion.

okay update again!
tuesday!
shes back in the house again, this time, i think longer, so i can keep in eye =ball on her!!!
ill put her back in with the others a night time lock up.
poor girl, just isnt her self.
she hasnt poop since being indoors, shes eating and drinking water. just so not her self.
her vent is clear for poop to come out... i am just gonna leave her bit for a bit. wish her prayers please.

Hey Annie,
As you've noticed, that there is "something wrong with her", and you have her in a warm, safe, protected place, she's eating and drinking - all good. This IS "veterinary medicine" - they can't tell you what's wrong, so you have to go by signs and intuition. There are probably thousands of possible explanations for her behavior - but you may just have to observe her for awhile - in that warm, safe, protected space - until it manifests itself or resolves on its own - which many things do! You are doing right to isolate her for her, and your flock's, protection. But you can't expect anyone to give you the answer to what's wrong with her at this point with the information you've provided, or noticed. It isn't a perfect science and it ain't magic! Check the obvious things - is she crop-bound, or egg-bound? Any external signs of injury? Supportive care and observation are the best that could be recommended at this point, I would say. Good luck!
