I just saw this, Writer I hope your friend makes it through.

my Dh's grandmother passed away in her early 40's of a brain aneurysm. Fast forward to dh's mom, she too passed away at age 43 of the same thing. then a few years back his aunt celebrated her 44th birthday, a couple days later her husband woke up, went and made breakfast and when he came back to wake her he found she had passed away, the outcome was the exact same thing. My SIL is so scared she will suffer from that too. Its such a silent killer.
For your friend, though it may not seem like it, Its a miracle in itself it happened when there was someone with her so she could be rushed to the hospital. I pray that she pulls through.

the doctors all stated that had someone been aware of what was happening in the case of my dh's family and rushed them to the hospital they would have had a much better chance when induced into a coma for a few days to allow the brain a chance to heal and also give them a chance to find the damaged area and seek out a solution. They also do not know why its affecting the women on dh's side of the family.

I have no doubt there is an Angel watching out for your friend, and getting her immediate attention was the first step towards recovery. So I will pray with everyone else for your friend and her family.

Thank you all so much. Ema it's a fear of my own since my Uncle passed away at 38 but his was an aortic aneurysm. I have severe migraines and have had many head injuries from the horses and accidents. I see her, a healthy woman who runs marathons, like this and it just breaks my heart. Our teacher in her 30s that had the stroke is doing fairly well, she is here at school now but can't really make it through the day. I've taken her class with mine several times since we've been back, but I'd rather have 58 kids in my class than her stressed out and her blood pressure skyrocketing.
