dear pumpkinpup, I am praying for you and your husband, that the Lord would give you peace and comfort and health. I want you to know that God is sovereign over ALL things, and He has everything under COMPLETE control. You can trust Him completely. God says in Isaiah 40:30-31:" Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted, but those who hope in the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up on wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." Ahhh,, Pumpkinpup how beautiful it is to have seen you yesterday. What a privilege to be hatching out those cutie cochins for you and to see about those pretty little blue barred rocks at the same time.

Oh quadruple blessed I was by you, By Lockedhearts as I was able to hand over to my other 2 blessings Ravens Haven and Raven herself the 3 prized little Houdans raised from Lockedhearts eggs here on my little farm.

We are all standing in the wait with you Pumpkinpup and BTW you looked lovely last afternoon. I always like to see my friends covered with a bit of feather and grinning widely at the babies.

I'm not hijacking this important thread, but you all we took turns petting the heads of those Houdans as they fell asleep in our hands.....I must resist the urge for these. I cannot have them. THey are Lockedhearts eggs. I have no room for them....What about the guest bedroom, I have no overnight guests. LOL

But the best time was prayer time which we had on the carport.

Next time, ladies I need a warning and it shall be dreamsicle ice cream (homemade) and lemon cookies!

Nancy, you a real Dear! I so enjoyed our visit with you. Indeed, as always, it was delightful to see you and spend a little time. I am very blessed to have such wonderful and careing friends to hold my hand through this time of trouble.

I wanted to thank you for the amazing mellon and let you know that the little silkie chick is thriving! Your hospitality is always gracious.

I continue to pray for Autmn and her little goat. I hope that she recovers from whatever this awful problem is. I know Autmn loves her dearly.

The Chicken Lady is so right..it is very hard for men. They want to 'fix it' and 'make everything alright'. They take it hard, worry, anguish and so forth very differently than women.

When I was diagnosed in late 2002 my DH of one year had a fit. He was a royal pain in the butt. He hounded me constantly, followed me, would not let me do anything, blah blah. I was never so happy to see him deploy as I was that following April.

He loves you...try not to let it annoy you, he is dealing with his fear the only way he knows how.
