Thanks y'all. I have another ? but I'm going to start a new thread so it doesn't get buried.
 
I have had lots of broodies, and never have to place the food in the nest. They do all these things , like eat and drink änd the "rest",by themselves. So you don't need to put the food there. Her instinct says to her ,the rigth time to get up.
