I decided to go with the Keter Manor 4X6. Thank you so much MinnDuck and Going Quackers I really appreciate the help.

Good luck! I'm thinking it will work out well. One thing you can do when you flip over the panel with the window to make it your door, is to make sure to flip over the corresponding panel on that side so it matches. I didn't. It doesn't look terrible but I realize if I would have done that afterward, my siding would have matched up! It's just a duck house and I didn't feel like redoing everything. So no big deal. But just something to consider.
