pre-fab chicken coops

I would wholeheartedly recommend Handcrafted Coops 'Chicken Ark' - $499 includes shipping!
see:

They appear to be on backorder until March, 2010

We've had one of these for about 6 months - It's a very ergonomic and cool design.

Anyone have experience with EZ Clean Coops? I like their design, but I can never tell if a pre-fab coop is going to be worth the money. I also wouldn't mind considering the Horizon structures/ Amish built coops...for those of you who have them, what do you think? Do you like them, and how is the quality?

I pre-fabbed my coop inside the garage and then moved to the yard for assembly.

I like these coops at www.bettersheds.com I think I'm getting the 6x8 Gable style. I like the look of it. Ive read the fine print and emailed them a bunch of questions, and I kno that it will require a few modification, but I like it. Its shown as the green one in the pics. (I'm pretty sure its from Cottage Sheds, who's DIY package is cheaper but their shipping in CrAZy.) Better Sheds shipping to my location in NY is less than $200.

What do you guys think?

Sorry, that's their main page link! Heres the direct link to the coops http://www.bettersheds.com/lc-co/chickencoop/index.htm

Karen_at_Littlebrook, that looks like a nice coop. One problem though may be ventillation. It looks like there is just the pop door and the window, but when they are closed there doesn't seem to be much. You could always add it though.

This is the coop I ordered from Sunset Barns. The reason I ordered from them is that they will change anything you want , they said they could change where the doors were and so I asked for the pop door to be six inches from the floor. Also they have larger sizes, I was able to order the 4x8 coop for around 900 dollars. I found that to be a good price. I asked the to ship it to me in April so as soon as I get it I will post pictures of it in my yard and also my review of the coop. So far I have been very pleased with my experience. Its not a kit either it will be on a flatbed truck and shipping was 550 dollars, to Michigan.

The 4x8 size will still fit in my yard nicely where as 6x6 would seem to wide. Yet the extra 2 feet in length will work out great. Its also a walk in coop so I like that idea too. I google searched for days and was very happy to find this place. I hope it looks as great in person as it does on the web site. They have smaller sizes too for less money.
